Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I & II

Service Description

This beginner level training is a comprehensive in-person training, but it is so much more than that! It’s an experience. It included both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Western style introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques and the Holy Fire® healing energy. You’re not just learning Reiki. You’re learning how to feel energy in your body. Holy Fire® III Reiki ignites something deeper, gently revealing the light of your authentic self and bringing it into your awareness. You’ll learn: • The origin and history of Reiki • The nature of Reiki energy, why people get sick and how Reiki heals • The Reiki ideals • The human energy system • Hand placements for self and others • Gassho meditation (grounding into presence) • Byosen scanning (feeling where energy is needed) • Reiji-ho (allowing your intuition to guide you) • Kenyoku (clearing your energy field) • Gyoshi-ho (working with focused energy through the eyes) • Sending Reiki at a distance • Reiki II symbols: how to draw, activate and use them. • Placements for I & II Placements In this class attunements are called Placements. Placements are done differently than attunements, but have been developed to provide more effective healing energy and to empower the symbols with greater energy and effectiveness. The Placements make use of Holy Fire® energy which is why they are more effective. However, the standard Usui Reiki II symbols are used in this class. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. Practice time is given using all the Reiki II symbols as well as for the techniques mentioned above. As you step into learning Reiki, you’ll begin to understand the role of the healer in a different way. We’re not here to fix or heal anyone, we’re here to hold space. To create an environment where the body feels safe enough to soften, release, and do what it naturally knows how to do. Throughout class, we’ll be practicing on each other and receiving as well, so you can truly feel this not just learn it. This is a beautiful class for beginners and also deeply valuable if you’ve already taken Reiki training, there’s always another layer to open into and experience.
